DLG-3 Format

SSURGO map data in modified DLG-3 optional format by quadrangle for a soil survey area may be down loaded directly from the website. Attribute data and metadata are also available for download on the website in ASCII format.

ARC Interchange Format

Map data and attribute data are available as ARC/INFO coverage and export files for most certified data sets. The map data is distributed by quadrangle and by survey area extent. These files are available by request to NCG at 1-800-672-5559.

CD-ROM

SSURGO data sets are also available on CD-ROM. An order form is available on the website.
