The following two documents are guidelines on geodata management in Minnesota. The first document follows the national standards, but has been condensed to address issues specific to Minnesota. The second document is a data dictionary containing a seprate page for every geospatial dataset residing under the f:\geodata folder. Each page gives further explanation about the data and includes a small thumbnail of an image of the dataset.

Both of these documents were created by the tri-agency State Geodata Team (NRCS, FSA, RC) along with cooperation and input from all Agencys' GIS Specialists.
