Site Requirements: Full sun.   Prefers moist, well drained sites; tolerates wide variety of sites.  Poor drought resistance.

Soil:  Adaptable to a wide variety of soils, except alkaline or poorly drained soils

Form: Multi-stemmed, variably rounded in outline

Height: 40 to 60 feet

Width: 35 to 40 feet

Flower/Fruit: Yellowish - white fragrant panicles; brown to red paired samaras

Comments: Good wildlife value.  Useful in small landscapes, borders and in masses
