The 2002 Farm Bill has authorized a new program: the Conservation Security Program. It is anticipated that this program will continue to be made available on a Watershed Basis. If you plan on participating in this program, it is strongly advised that at a minimum you: - Address all erosion control needs on your property - Have a current Nutrient and Pesticide Management Plan that meets current guidelines.
