The Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District sponsors an annual $500.00 scholarship for a graduating Fillmore County high school student pursuing a degree in Natural Resources, Agriculture or related fields.  Applications may be acquired by contacting the SWCD office at 900 Washington Street NW, Preston, (507) 765-3878 extension 3.
