The photos above show two tree planting methods. The photo on the right shows a large tree plating using bare root seedlings, approximately 5,000 trees were planting in the spring of 2007. The photo on the left shows a direct seeding method, 22 bushels of oak acorns and 4 pounds of black cherry seed were distributed on an 4.5 acre field in November of 2006. |
