The following is a list of products that are available from the Chisago SWCD. Some of the items have a cost involved and are listed, you can also follow the links to additional information about some of the products.

Chisago County Soil Survey: The Chisago County Soil Survey gives the landowner a glimpse into the types of soil that their property consists of, this product is FREE and can be sent through the mail. To download a Digitized Chisago County Cooperative Soil Survey click here: www.nrcs.usda.gov

SWCD Annual Tree & Shrub Sale The Chisago SWCD hold an annual Spring Tree & Shrub sale allowing landowners in and out of Chisago County the opportunity to purchase conservation grade trees at a minimal fee.

Aerial Slides And Photos: Aerial slides (1984-2000) and photos(1938, 1953, 1957, 1965, & 1973) can be viewed in our office by appointment (651-674-2333), or you can download aerial photos (GIS Data) from the internet at the following sites:

*Not all years of aerial photos or slides are available to view in the office at all times.

Topographical maps and the NWI (National Wetland Inventory) Maps are also available to view at our office in North Branch.

Books for sale: the following books can be purchased by visiting the SWCD office in North Branch, or you can mail us a check for the amount of the book, tax, and shipping and handling and we will send it to you through the mail. All four of the following books have great photos and helpful everyday information.

Chisago County Plat Book: The 2006 Chisago County Plat Book is available through our office in North Branch as well as the Chisago County Extension office (651-674-4417) for a cost of $27.00. All checks should be made out to the Chisago County 4-H.

Water Test Kits: You can obtain a water test kit by stopping at our office in North Branch, a test for standard safe drinking water, Total Coliform & Nitrates, costs $37.50.

Private Pesticide Applicators Training Manual: is also available at our office or the Extension office for a cost of $5.00, with checks payable to the Chisago County Extension.
