Above: A deep gully is repaired by reshaping the grade after adding a pipe to accommodate the drainage from the nearby fields and diverted to a stable outlet below. This project was funded through EQIP and State Cost Share, and designed by IMPACK 6 JPB.
Native grasses and forbs are drilled into the ground, this project was funded through the Conservation Reserve Program in partnership with the Chisago County Peasants Forever. This is a good example of promoting good habitat, while establishing grasses to hold the soil and prevent erosion. |
